Elia is a Psychology graduate from the University of Nottingham. She is responsible for managing the participant experience of Strategic Leadership Programmes and Leadership Step-Up Programmes. She also manages the delivery of post-programme executive coaching.

Qualifications: Bsc in Psychology with International Study, University of Nottingham.
